  I commend them on taking on such an enormous job and doing the majority of an end of lease clean. However, the stove top grime was stll visible, oven racksp/trays weren't cleaned properly, light shades/exhaust fans were not touched and the walls stubborn grime was not removed. I went over this myself with cleaning tools that were a little more tougher and was able to remove it. The agency picked up the extra cleaning needing to be done and I had no choice but to agree to have their recommended cleaners go over the job - the cost of this was taken from my bond. Not entirely satisfied but grateful for what was done. Just one tip Little by Little - 'Google - what is an end of lease clean'????
