Hi! I'm Brad and I'm the director of LINK Living and I'm a property management specialist. I started as a property manager in 2012 and have never looked back. I love burgers, footy, property and my little family. Enough about me, more on my company LINK Living. LINK Living is a boutique property management company in Fortitude Valley that services properties in Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs. We offer investors and tenants a personal and professional service. Communication is key and with a progressive eye on cloud-based services and technology, you are always in the loop with your property. No one else can give you what we offer. Potential agencies will say they can maximise your return by getting higher rents and lower vacancy rates. I suggest you say "Ok great, that's what you should be doing as a minimum but what else can you do to maximise my return?" I can guarantee the majority will be stumped. Ask your potential agents if they can offer you the following and if they can, is it all in-house and not by some arrangement where they make a referral fee for sending you to some other location. Some more questions to ask: - Do you have an in-house finance team to make sure I am getting the best deal on my investment property loan and that my loans are structured effectively for additional property purchases in the future? - Do you have an in-house tax team who specialise in tax for investment property owners like me so I get the best possible tax outcome? - Can you put me in touch with a depreciation expert to prepare a depreciation report for my property to maximise my tax deductions every year? If they can't answer yes to all of those questions then they can't "Maximise your returns".     Being a tenant through Link Living has been an absolute pleasure. It was a cold slap to reality when I concluded my lease and realising not all property managers are as contactable, prompt and efficient as Link. When it comes time to lease again I will be looking for properties under their care. Absolutely fantastic

    Stayed with Link Living for about 1.5 years and had an excellent experience throughout our tenancy. A special thank you to Brad and Karl, who were always incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to get things fixed whenever we reported an issue.     Link living would have to be the hardest business to deal with. Most of the time they are uncontactable if you ever need anything. Brad is Nearly impossible to hear from. If you call, they never answer whether its mobiles or land lines and you'd be lucky to get an email reply the next day. Seems to have a very high turnover of staff in property management, I think we had 4 in 2.5 years and only one that was useful. Also, thanks for voiding all our break lease fees, it went straight onto the mortgage at the new place.

    A truly seamless experience with Brad, Naioma, and the team!Brad, Naioma, and the team were absolutely incredible to work with. They helped me lease my off-the-plan property right in the middle of having a baby, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless and stress-free. They’re responsive, proactive, and just genuinely good people who care about their clients. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and support they provided. Highly recommend!

    We have Naomi, Brad and Karl manage our properties. Not only do they provide a competitive price, they are the best property managers we have come across (so much so we moved our other property to them and will do so for future properties). They are not only proactive and fast in communication, but they always go above and beyond for any issues that arise with our properties - we have seen this time and time again. They truly take action after action after action that is so impressive.
