  (Redacted name) damaged a neighbour's roof, denting the gutter which caused a crack in the eaves, as well as breaking a washing line, and trampling on plants whilst on site. Unforeseen problems are obviously expected on a job site, but refusing to return to fix the damage you caused is unacceptable, and shows very poor ethics and basic manners! Despite carrying "insurance" for his work, and having being very promptly paid, in full, being provided with photos of the damage caused, and repeated polite requests for him to come back and repair what he has broken, he has chosen to deny any accountability and leave the problem for someone else to fix! Not good enough Limitless Tree Solutions !
