Yes we have a certificate of currency with Yarra City Council, Public Liability with Allianz insurance and work cover premium all up to date. We absolutely guarantee our work, which is easy because we always look after our clients

I knew I wanted to cook! As a child I cooked everything I could buy! I Finally got a apprenticeship and never stopped 30 years later and still happy

I love to serve people and feed! Cooking in front of guests and seeing the enjoyment of eating my food and staff offering smiling service makes me smile! It's very rewarding

What makes your pricing competitive?

We work with you to create the perfect function. Every job is different! We offer a complimentary planning meeting, where we will sit with you to plan the event, give recommendations and create a menu especially for you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We take all major credit cards. Once the catering quote has been approved, our clients pay a 50% deposit. The balance is paid the day prior, at the event or the day after the event, whatever is most convenient for our client.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

There are 3 main arms of our catering business. Fine Dining - in your home with one of our team of chefs Paella, Moroccan Tajines - prepared, cooked and served at your event by one of our chefs Corporate - We also assist businesses with their day to day requirements, ensuring punctuality and quality.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I completed my training at the infamous Stephanies Restaurant in East Hawthorn,  I have been cooking for 28 years and still love it, we specialise also in seafood and paella.
