  I sincerely apologise for not completing the clean while you were out. The previous nights storm had turned our busy schedule upside down. I sent 2 cleaners at 2pm so we could complete your home by 3.30. I was unaware that you were returning at 2pm and we needed to be finished. If you want to book another time I am prepared to give you a 50% discount on the missed clean.

  We have public liability insurance. If there's anything we've accidentally missed and was requested in the quote, we are happy to return the next day to have a look.
