Came on time & did a perfect job. Quoted the best price I could get. He also bought the missing parts from the shop while coming. Even tough the job took more than the estimated time he still kept with the same price. Definitely my recommendation to anyone. I will hire him again for future.Jane

The reason to change the comment is: 1. one toilet had water leaking after just few days usage, at first I thought product issue until another plumber inspected and found the installation problem-water tank bolts wasn't tightened properly and seal was damaged in installation. 2. Another toilet supplied by them was not the agreed brand, model at all. This was found until chasing warranty details for two weeks. Lesson learnt, always doubt and keep an eye on people who's doing job with closed door. Buy the product by yourself if possible, if not, check carefully for the whole package, not let unpacked product installed before verify.Niv
