Yes I am an insured business. You do not receive your product until you are completely happy with my work. You are totally engaged as the editing process occurs, and I encourage feed back.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been using a camera since the film days, and I guess it was eventually meant to happen. I started off doing a lot of event photography and something else I have been really enjoying lately is travel photography.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One of my favourite customer stories was doing a family photo shoot which I learned was a surprise for their mothers birthday. They did the session in my studio and the mother was absolutely thrilled because she hadn't had photos of her children since they were 2 and now in their teens.

I love how my job can have me in all sorts of places and working with all types of people. From businesses to musicians to the family who want to enjoy some family portraits.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Everyone wants to be a photographer these days. Make sure the potential photographer you are considering to hire has a portfolio they can show you, and that they are upfront about what you will be receiving. To me photography is a personal experience between you and me, and you want to know you feel comfortable with your photographer. Take the time to get to know them.

Customers most commonly ask about pricing- which is fair enough! Customers don't understand photographers pricing when they think they are simply hiring a photographer for one or two hours. Please note, in order for us to provide the quality you desire- our work starts long before the session, and after in post production. Pricing includes costs of our equipment, uploading photos to the internet, post production time, customer contact time, associated mailing costs. Unfortunately it is never just one or two hours work for a photographer.

My equipment is of the highest standard to offer you exceptional photography because I believe you deserve the best. I totally engage my customers from the beginning to the end of their experienced with producing the photography they wish. Your photos are not sent to you until you're 100% happy.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Many people often ask for wedding quotes based on vague descriptions- for example "Wedding at...." Unfortunately in order to save both of our time, wedding photographers need to know the intimate of details of the wedding to give you an accurate quote. Or we could end up giving you a quote for a 10 hour shoot for what is only a two hour intimate wedding.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

My event package is probably a great example. Many people think at events they need a photographer all night. I am an extremely expereinced event photographer, and I can tell you my two hour package would be perfect if you hire me at a time where most people would be there. Any longer and guests start commenting they have already had their photo taken- and just like you want to capture the night, guests want to enjoy it.

I love photography so much I can't specialise! Therefore I offer a wide range of genres including wedding photography. I also offer mobile photography where I come to you, or a stunning location of choice, and studio photography.
