  Worst experience ever, unprofessional & out to scam you. This is an AWN insurance repairer yet they charged $3181k on top of what AWN paid (3k) because of their incompetent mechanics> costs that were not approved, over charged towing, agreed on the cost of 2100k and when we got there to pay, they added another 1k that was never mentioned nor can be justified. "Sanjay" was apparently not in when we had to come & pay (very convenient) as he was the one who advised of the price. Do yourself a favor DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL SCAM YOU.

  Fantastic place to care for my car, no matter how big or small is the job! First class service, top quality workmanship, quick and stress-free. Quotation comes fast, with pricing being very pleasant surprise. Job done always on time, even the tyres replacement at Kismet cannot be beaten by any popular major outlet. I use Kismet Mechanical for 3 years now to look after my Ford Falcon, which has no secrets to Leon - the most competent, honest and thorough mechanic I ever met. Sanjay is overlooking the business and approaching customers with great smile and care, all guys without exception are very helpful and friendly.
