  I had an absolutely terrible experience with this so-called garage door supplier, and I feel it’s important to warn others. I paid them $2000 upfront for a garage door and installation. At first, they sounded professional, gave me a nice quote, and promised quick delivery and quality service. The moment they received the money, everything went downhill.Communication became a nightmare. They stopped answering calls, delayed responses to messages, and kept coming up with excuses like “the parts are on backorder” or “the technician will come next week.” Weeks passed, then months, and still no garage door was ever delivered or installed. Every time I tried to get an update, they either ignored me or lied with another excuse. Eventually, I realized they had no intention of finishing the job or refunding my money. I am now out $2000 and left with the same broken garage door I started with. This company is nothing but a scam operation that takes advantage of people’s trust. They advertise like they’re a real supplier, but in reality, they take your money and disappear. No professionalism, no integrity, no service at all. I’m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies so others don’t fall into the same trap.

  Do not trust this garage door supplier. They lure you in with cheap prices, but once you pay, you realize the service is horrible. The technicians were unprofessional, left a mess, and the door stopped working after a few days.
