  Not happy with the service. The technician arrived late and didn't bother to explain what was wrong with the garage door before charging a high fee.

  When any trades businesses have 5 star reviews - i always feel like i need to be cautious. But not this time. Everything was perfect from a simple text message to ask a questions on availability all the way to Sam and Harry arriving on time the next day to resolve the issue i had with the garage door when I accidentally crushed the bin under it. I will recommend this business anytime to anyone needing this service. And a huge thank you to Cayli was amazing on the phone. Hope you all get a pay rise and a big appreciation from your boss!
