  Kai is a real gentleman and a professional operator , he went over and beyond in inspecting the job and assessing the need. He also liaised with the tenant and got the job done perfectly as agreed.   Kai came to replace our old air con, as a business owner i know how important it is to have good communication skills, Kai was great, he was helpful in explaining the new a/c's operation and cleaned up everything once the job was complete, I highly recommend this service, professional, efficient and well priced, and just a good hard working bloke with a top attitude.   I was so impressed with the service I received. Kai not only did the job I asked him to but fixed my other air conditioner, cleaned both of them and showed me how to clean the filters. He was so professional and worked really hard. His price was more than fair, he went far beyond the call of duty.

  Kaizen Coastal Air Conditioning was reliable and considerate. Kai left no trace of mess behind and the cost was reasonable. I have found the air conditioner which was cleaned now works much more efficiently. Thank you for an excellent service Kai. I definitely recommend this business.
