  I was so impressed with the service I received. Kai not only did the job I asked him to but fixed my other air conditioner, cleaned both of them and showed me how to clean the filters. He was so professional and worked really hard. His price was more than fair, he went far beyond the call of duty.

  Kaizen Coastal Air Conditioning was reliable and considerate. Kai left no trace of mess behind and the cost was reasonable. I have found the air conditioner which was cleaned now works much more efficiently. Thank you for an excellent service Kai. I definitely recommend this business.

  Kai was quick on the job both with a quote & coming to assess our place, then when installing he was extremely professional and informative letting us know all about getting the best out of our aircon unit, tips I wasn’t aware of. We’ve had a great summer with the aircon unit working perfectly for our place.
