How It Works: 1. Request & Quote: You provide the requested details, including your service needs, and we’ll provide you with a free quote. 2. Scheduling: Once accepted, we’ll book you in for service and notify you of the scheduled date. If you’re subscribing to recurring services, your service day(s) will be assigned to you in accordance with your chosen service frequency and will generally remain consistent. 3. Dispatch: On service day, we dispatch a technician who will typically be in uniform and arrive in a branded vehicle. They will aim to contact you when they’re on their way. You don’t need to be home for this, provided they have access to the yard. 4. Yard Cleaning: We clean your yard and place the waste in your bin or optionally haul it away based on your preference. 5. Secure Perimeter: Upon entry and before leaving, we ensure the entry and exit points are safely secured.
