Started well with 1 hrs walks as discussed but later progressed to 40 min walks for the same price. When the walk time was discussed she would say it is too hot . That is at 6.00 am. EDIT: Hi, you could’ve just apologised to us for your errors but instead you’re lying on your review. As a result, I have no choice but to say the following: It was not too hot for a walk at all. We check this before taking him out anywhere. Your walk time did not start at 7:30am - you were late - you were meant to bring him back by 7:15am. You changed the time the night before and then were 45 mins late and admitted it. (I still have the messages that prove this). Then you cut the walk 15 mins short and said it was because it was you were late for your next appointment. How is this our fault? We still paid you for the full hour out of goodwill. You have cut his walks short before too and we still paid you in full. We only requested a 3pm walk once to see if there were more times that may have been suitable - and you replied to that text a week later so I’m not sure why you brought up that. The list can go on. You could’ve accepted your faults with grace and apologised and we would’ve been understanding. Lying on here serves no benefit to anyone.10 May 2019
As an experienced Dog walker from 7.30am and still summer your dog has a double coat and unfit if The temperature is rising and 19degrees I will cut the walk for the sake of the dogs health you also wanted your dog walked on odd days the time changes to 3pmJohn

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Passion I am passionate about dogs it has been my dream from childhood to be a vet or a dog psychologist but back in the 80s there was no such career so I learnt to groom dogs and it has been my hobby until one day I decided I want to groom dogs full time it makes me feel happy
