How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I worked for a cleaning company & could not understand the prices they were charging. I figured if I went out on my own, I could charge the customer less & pay my girls a bit more. It was a win win situation

Oh my Gosh! Towels folded, a box for my nail polishes, plus everything else, you are honestly making my day. Thank you soooo much!!! Oh and then I looked at my Tupperware drawer & squealed a little. Seriously, you girls are amazing!!

The best satisfaction that My team & myself get is the leaving of a property. It is at the best it can be & we are happy with our efforts. Our worst critics are ourselves

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How much for a move out/end of lease clean? It is difficult to answer that without viewing the premises. Some places are easy as they have been regularly cleaned along the way. Some have not been touched in 6 months or more. The quote is based on the amount of time involved.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

The Spring Cleaners will turn up, rain, hail or storm. It is our mission to complete a job, as promised, on time. If there is an obsticle that can prevent this, we are yet to meet this.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Accepted Answer

The Spring Cleaners offer a guarantee for their cleaning. If it is a bond clean, that the Lessor is not happy with, we will go back and correct things at no extra charge to the customer. We take great pride in our work and would expect nothing less than perfect. We go that extra step to maintain quality.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

It is very difficult to provide a quote if the customer has not told you how long it has been before any cleaning (at all) has been done. eg 1 Bathroom that has not been cleaned in a year, can take up to an hour to restore.

Refer a friend and if they sign up for 3 consecutive, regular cleans, you will recieve 20% off the following clean. Referral is the best form of advertising. Gift vouchers are also available.
