  Reasonable rates but unfortunately they arrived with a truck which wasn’t big enough to take all my furniture so parts got left behind. To get another truck is costly given it was a country transfer. Movers were polite but after all that I still have furniture that needs to be moved.

  Same as Waddre who gave 1 star, they apparently had an ‘emergency surgery’ when they did not show up. Booked in a full month prior our moving. Confirmed by email, confirmed by phone call the night prior our move, mentioning they would have been there on time. On the day, I called 3 times and sent a text. No answer whatsoever. We ended up hiring a truck and get some friends of mine to help us in a very short notice. Do yourselves a favour, don’t rely on this business.

  Absolutely atrocious service, wasted our entire day by not showing up and not answering any calls to let us know what was happening, then the next day replied that they had to have emergency surgery but that they were fine to help us move today Take of that what you will but it seems like maybe they were lying about surgery or maybe they need more than one person who can respond to the phone Zero communication during the day and an extremely stressful experience I think they may have changed ownership or something

  These guys were amazing. They took absolute pride in their work, worked fast and even took the time to wrap my items so they didn't scratch unlike some other removalist that iv used. Thank you I will definitely be using you again when the time comes
