  DO NOT USE!!!!!! Didn’t even show up even though they knew we had to be out of the house that day. Didn’t contact us at all to let us know they weren’t coming, so went to their office (which is their home) and was told by wife he was unwell and asleep. I told her to wake him up so I know what I’m doing. In the end they were arguing and he didn’t even have the decency to speak to me. He then messages me the next day to say he lost his phone and caused him to be anxious. So what, doesn’t stop you from talking to me when I came to the office. Offers to move for free but didn’t feel I trust them with my belongings. I advised him that he has added way more stress to our situation and my other half was in tears as we were meant to be out and we didn’t have a mover. He also cost us more money which he offered $500 to compensation, to which when I eventually took him up on his offer as he was rambling on about alll he cares about are his customers, he then responded by saying he was going to the police as I threatened his wife yesterday. Total lie! If I threatened his wife why didn’t he come out? Why did he offer me a free move then next day? Why did offer $500? Hardly a reaction of someone whose wife was threatened. I am having some serious health issues and moved in 41 degree heat and all they did was add more stress, frustration, tears and cost us more money and time. Worst customer service in my life - I would avoid like the plague as a liar and unprofessional. I would have put negative 100 stars if I could!

  Can’t recommend JV removalists enough, great communication, efficient service, very careful with furniture and took their time to wrap it all etc. assisted with installing items in new house. Would recommend
