My wife and I owned investment properties. We experienced little care about our properties as we were a drop in the ocean and we saw a gap in the market for PM's that took the time to care, even simply responding to phone call or communication in a timely matter.

Working alongside what have become freinds after many years working together.   Setting a better standard is another one.

It is not all about Fee's, which is the first one we get asked 99% of the time. Your final decision can come down to fee's, but hand select some agents that you think will best work with you, because if you dive head first with the cheapest I find most will pay double to get out.

What rent can I get for my property? What are your fees? How long will it take to secure a tenant and lease our property?   Each property is individual and tactic should be taken with every scenario. I suggest making conact as we always will have a discussion and provide options.

Years in the job, a face in the industry now as someone reliable and trustworthy.  I look at some of my peers I have know for 10+ years and see what happens if you just do the right thing and stick to the process.

They don't have to, but I find we are offer peace of mind, at a competitive price, which is what people are looking for.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Address, details about the customer. We typically like to do appraisals on site with the client but if this cannot be done, we can talk of email is fine.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Have a property ready to go (or close to). Maintenance jobs done, gardens or any odd jobs done. This will limit downtime and in the end secure you more rent. Be clear about what you want, don't attempt to hide information in the case you don't think it is neccesary. Also, allow access, if opens cannot happen, we cannot lease the home.

Once a tenant is secured we charged out fee's, nothing is charged up-front.

Property Management. We do offer Commercial PM and Sales, but we have done PM for 15+ years.

Licensed as per the Legal requirements here in South Australia.  Qualifications are Diplome of Real Estate Services, this has allowed me to go on the become a Land Agent & Property Manager.
