I recently had the pleasure of having Eden from Jim's Dog Wash Modbury take care of my furry friend, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite the scorching 42-degree heat, Eden showed up with a smile and a can-do attitude. My dog, usually a bit anxious around new people, but Merlin immediately warmed up to Eden’s professional yet warm demeanor. Eden completed the entire grooming session with utmost care and attention to detail. Not only was my dog thoroughly cleaned and groomed, but he also seemed to genuinely enjoy the experience, which is rare! Eden went above and beyond to ensure that my dog was comfortable, providing plenty of water breaks and gentle handling throughout. The results were outstanding - my dog looked pristine and smelled wonderful. The convenience of having a professional, mobile grooming service come to our home, especially in such extreme weather, was invaluable. Eden’s dedication and passion for his work truly shine through. I have 2 Siberian Huskies one shedding. Eden did a wonderful job with the dogs coats I don’t think they’ve ever looked and smelt so good and even though it got dark he didn’t scrimp on the service at all. He even drove up and reversed down our awkward driveway at Glen Osmond, he was patient, kind and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his service.Amy C
