What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before we can provide a quote we would need to know what type of cleaning is required. (Please see the services we provide).   For house cleaning we would need to know details of the property such as type, size, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the property, how often the cleaning is required, what specific things a client may want to include or exclude.   For oven cleaning, we would want to know the size and type of the oven, how many racks, trays and its condition.   For window cleaning, number of windows, sizes, type and how many storeys.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We may not be the cheapest in the market, however, we offer one of the best quality and value for money.  So be aware for a cheaper price which may end up more expensive if another person will need to be rehired for doing a rework if they do not offer a work guarantee.  An uninsured worker may not cover any accidental damge.  And someone who is not a registered as a business may result in legal offence and may cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We do have a range of payment options but our most popular would be, but not limited to, cash and bank transfer.   For vacate clean please be advised that we require full payment before commencing on the job. Payment can be made by cash or through bank transfer on the day before the clean. Also when making a payment please send us a copy of the receipt confirmation number of transfer.  In the event of the customer being in default of their obligation to pay and the overdue account is then referred to a debt collection agency, or law firm for collection the commission payable and the legal costs incurred on an indemnity basis shall be added to the amount outstanding and form part of the debt.
