  Amazing IT service. He was able to fix my laptop that was running very slow. He explained things in a way that I could understand and he was very polite. I would recommend JCarr services to family and friends and will be using them in the future.

  Josh assisted my Grandparents on their journey to embrace technology. They couldn't have done it without him! He helped them with using their iPad, connecting devices to the internet, etc. He demonstrated unparalleled patience, explained only what they needed to know and confirmed they understood before leaving them to their own devices (literally). He was empowering and gave them the confidence they need to continue their technological advancement. All too often you see a grandparent too scared to push a button incase they 'break' it, Josh takes that fear away! His quotes are affordable, or as my grandfather said "an investment". They are extremely impressed and happy with JCarr's service.

  Josh responded quickly to my enquiry to give me an estimate of getting my new scanner/printer to scan to my computer, it just wouldn’t work for me. He came to my house later the same day and not only got it working, since it took him less time than he quoted to fix the printer, he also asked if I wanted him to do a system check of my computer and found my internet security was not strong so he fixed that as well, you could say I was very happy. I’m really not good with this stuff and am always scared someone is going to take advantage of that and just charge me for anything and everything, he didn’t and he explained it all beforehand. His services are great and I’ll recommend him to anyone who will listen.

  Best IT service I’ve had and he was the most genuine guy. Talked me through what I wanted and even told me some of the things I thought I needed weren’t (so cheaper than I thought), he didn’t try to oversell to me and I’m pretty certain I have a good understanding of how to help keep myself safe on the internet now. He even gave me some reading material to help. Highly recommend
