  We are most definitely insured for our work. As for the guarantee's, I offer a 28-day kickstart package that guarantees you will lose 5kg! If I don't help you lose the weight in the 28 days, you work with me for free until you do!

• What do you like most about your job?

  Although seeing people physically transform and become so much more confident in their bodies is amazing, my favourite part about being a trainer is seeing people fall in love with exercise. Time and time again I see people who used to hate the thought of exercise fall in love with exercise and even become frustrated when they take a 'rest day' because they simply want to exercise more.
