We don't charge per hourly rate, we charge for the job we provide. Because we know how much time it takes according to the property condition. So we always allocate more then 1 staff to get the job done in more detail. According to the terms and condition, we provide fixed rate to the customer over the phone for sqm size and the property must be in reasonable condition. Extra charges apply if extra cleaning or service needed.
