  Unhappy with the level of advice and consultation received from this firm for my traffic matter. (EDIT based on response - part of a thorough consultancy is to extract all of the information required to move forward. A layman should not be required to know what to provide when being advised by an experienced practitioner whose responsibility it is to gain a thorough and complete understanding of the situation before advising a course of action. Further- by then blaming your client for your oversight does not encourage the client to continue putting their matter in your hands.)

We relied on the information you provided and progressed your matter accordingly. When we finally received your documentation it came to light that the information you provided us was not complete. We offered to undertake the additional work that would be required to progress your matter at no cost to you. There was no impact on your situation or potential outcomes as a result of the above.
