  Had a phone consult with Nora (the head of her team) over a traffic related matter involving license disqualification. I'm new to the court system. Nora basically helped me navigate a tricky situation by laying out a clear step by step to-to list on what I should do next. She fully understood my situation very quickly and asked all the right questions. You get the sense from listening to Nora speak, that she's a good lawyer. She makes you feel confident you could win your case. Nora advised they don't just represent on the day but can do all the administrative work including lodgement of appeals, something I wasn't aware of.
