Job Type: Flooring
Location: Yarrawonga Park, NSW
He engaged a sub contractor to do the job. Floor leveler was applied to level slate floor. The floor is not level, bumps and blisters everywhere. Scott stopped taking my calls after I texted him with my concerns. Scott has never attended site. We agreed to cancel the contract. I am still trying to get a refund of deposit paid despite his promise to do so. Unfortunately I have had to take this to fair trade for resolution.Sue A

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are fully insured with workers comp and public liability insurance. We offer a 2 year installation warranty. Product warranties vary 10- 25 years. full disclosure will be discussed of the chosen product.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I completed my Carpentry Trade Certificate after high school and moved into Floor laying, where I trained and gained employment. I witnessed frequent unfair customer issues and it was my vision to be better. I have since become a self employed business man with my own Flooring and Carpet store and Staff, replacing what others lack.
