In Demand Cleaners are Terrible cleaners. And I paid upfront! My major complaint was the kitchen was disgusting and not cleaned at all, walls weren't cleaned, blinds, venetians, bath, both bathroom sinks, oh and yes the grubby floor that was mopped over yet was STILL marked along the edges of the rooms (no one walked around the edges of the rooms after your cleaners left btw) Unfortunately they refuse to take responsibility for the lack of quality of work... btw after my fiancé & I re-cleaned the areas the 3 men worked 3 hours to do badly we got our bond back.. Very poor quality work was done. The Agent stated she'd never seen it before after a 'professional' clean. Pity we had to wait 5 days til the Agent inspected the house before we knew how terrible the house still was. It would've been nice if they had come back to check the work or sent the cleaners to finish the job we paid for but they refused to in a timely manner instead basically told me I was lying. Sera, Regarding your complaints, I would like to point out some issues you have not mentioned here. We take any complaint seriously, we will always go back to resolve any issues, but you would not let us do that. First of all the cleaners were there for 9 hours work and were paid for 9 hours. Your Fiance was also there for the whole time the cleaners were there, he was working in the garage and in and out of the house. He saw the floors being mopped, yet you denied they were ever done on the phone to me. Your Mother was also there, and checked all the work and was happy with it. Your complaint was 5 days after the cleaning was done, yet still The cleaners offered to come back to meet you the day before your Agent was due to view the house and to see and address what your complaints were about, they know they had cleaned these things you were complaining about, like the floors, kitchen and a tap and they were told all was good when they left, but unfortunately, did not want to meet them, you were too busy with the children you said and didn't have time to meet them. The photos you sent me are mainly iissues we do not clean, like the blinds. Also the photo of the tap, it's surrounds looked cleaned but perhaps it was used again in those 5 days? The cleaners would have redone these issues if you had met with them. You kept asking me for your money back instead, yet you know they had completed 9 hours of work. So the points I wish to make are: 1. You waited 5 days to complain. 2. The client was there the whole time, (your Fiancé, your brother and Mother.) 3. Your Mother checked everything before she left which was about an hour before the cleaners finished apparently and she was happy, 4. Your Fiance was there the whole time and saw the floors being cleaned and was happy with everything when the cleaners left. 5. We offered to come back but you wouldn't let us do that. 6. Most of the issues still to be done were things that we do not clean. I believe we did everything we possibly could to help you rectify the issues but were prevented from checking It out. One more thing Sera, I am sorry I beg to differ, but I did not call you a lier, what I said was; "The cleaner said the floors were all cleaned and your Husband saw him mop them , so the cleaner needs to return to see what you are complaining about and will come back."
