  Hello Lesley , I believe I went above and beyond . Eg removing fly screens to clean windows you asked only to be hosed out. When you only are getting external windows cleaned and the internals are still dirty you do not get a great indication of the quality of work we provide. Please don’t hesitate to return my call as I would like to get back and justify anything that may have been missed. Kind regards
