  The move went okay, the movers came, were what you can expect, people who were not very respectful on the day. They were frustrated and visually showing their frustration on how things were packed. Keep in mind I have packed almost everything there were only a small portion of our stuff that was not taped together that I did not know needed to be and promptly taped them myself. The movers than did not have enough room for our potted plants and had to leave them which is a huge shame. After the move our TV is broken, mirrors are broken and after one month of trying to get a refund, still have not received it even though given the green light that this would be refunded. I have called and called and am being told management is working from home so I cannot speak with them, than I am told management is sick so I cannot speak with them. There is no one who can help. Terrible customer experience. If you are a manager here please if you are not available let your employees know how to contact you if needed, all I would ask for is some communication of when this will be refunded and that you are on it. Please and thank you.

  I was extremely disappointed with the service provided at pick up. Unfortunately the lack of communication between the drivers and customer service meant my request was not fulfilled at the time. I have paid the company even though 2/5 of my items were NOT delivered. I had to make alternative arrangements and I’m still waiting for a reply from customer service after a week and a number of phone calls. While Georgia on the phones was always courteous and professional, I would not recommend this service as I have lost confidence in their ability to resolve issues.
