The unique mix of highly specialised mathematical and scientific skills required to complete the necessary university studies combined with the hands on survey field work appealed to me when I completed school.

I contacted a client through Oneflare.  In the past he had engaged another surveying firm.  He had attempted to contact that surveyor but didn't get a reply to his calls.  I was able to get back to him within the hour and carry out his detail survey work as required the next day.

Who will actually be carrying out the work? What are their qualifications and experience? Is the surveyor doing the field work a Surveyor that is registered in NSW to carry out land survey work?

When can the job be done? - within the next couple of days unless it is urgent then the same day if possible. Do I need to be with you during the job? - no, we only need access to your land only.  Any dogs that are dangerous must be removed and free access to your land provided.

Firstly we need the property address and preferably the Lot & DP numbers of your land - these are specified on your Council Rates Notice if you do not have them at hand. If you provide us with all information that you have especially other consultant's special requirements such as architects etc

We can provide you with a lump sum quote or we can work on hourly rates.  If a lump sum quote then we offer a reduction if our estimate of the length/difficulty/scope of the job was over estimated at the time of quotation.  Our overheads are very low so you can be assured of our effecient pricing.
