Once we helped an old lady to remove a possum from her roof. We discovered a gap on the roof due to possum activities. Understanding that she's living on pension, our staff came back the next day and  climbed up the roof to help her seal the gap for free. Extremely thankful, the lady gave us some fresh vegetables in return and we had a veggie feast in our office that day!

We are motivated by being able to help our customers resolving their issues as well as taking proper measures to deal with the animal on hand to ensure the welfare of the animals to our best ability.

1. Provide detailed information regarding the animal issue concerned; 2. Call at least 2 days in advance to secure the time slot if a particular date is required for the service to be performed on. 2. Call us asap to discuss any issue at hand and follow our specialist's instructions prior to work.

Standard minimum call out fee. Tailored and cost effective options discussed and provided for each individual client to allow for maximum benefit and minimum charge.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We accept cash or bank transfer from our clients. Business can pay on the day or be given a 14 days to pay on invoice unless otherwise arranged. We charge standard minimum call out fee within our services perimetres. For more complex animal issues, a site inspection may be required in order for a quotation. The charge for the site inspection could be used to reduce the total cost should the services be chosen.

We operates a 24x7 emergency call out service. Our staff have specialities in reptile (e.g. Snake) handling, bird control, feral fox/rabbit/cat/boar/kangaroo controls in addition to the general pest control services we provide.
