  Senior Property Manager of HOSO is the one who took care of this case. I was a previous tenant, sold business and had remaining payment that HOSO needs to be paid, documents sent by MCK Conveyancing on 17/10/2024. He received email and knew it. But he kept ignoring and asked bank details on 04/11/2024, provided info and nothing happened. When the new landlord bought the property, they didn't provide me the new contract, but I still paid rental monthly. This is not how professional company works. I hope your company finds the way to resolve better for your customers. Now I have to find the way to ask your company refund my money. Kind regards, JP
