I have many favorite stories however my favorite one is as follows: We had a young couple looking to purchase their first home together. They were renting a 2 bedroom duplex and wanted to purchase a bigger home in a complex to ensure safety as one of the partners worked away frequently. When the clients engaged with Hiley, we had a perfect 4 bedroom townhouse on our off-market data base and we were able to purchase it within 4 days of engaging. 6 months on, the bank has revalued the purchase $150,000 more than the purchase price.
