  100% would recommend Aneta and Heras Law. I started my first-home-buying journey on these forums looking for a lawyer, in an area I knew nothing about and chose Heras Law because they had good reviews. This has been the best decision I have ever made during this process. We went through a lot of time and effort, finally purchasing the third house we attempted. Aneta told us what parts of the contract were normal and what were unusual and she would negotiate for. She always had time for us to answer all of our first home buyer type questions, because we didn't know much of the law of course. When the vendors would throw us weird curveballs, she was very professional by listing our options, explaining them, and she wouldn't ever tell us what to do, but when we asked (as we valued her advice), she would suggest an option that could be best for us. She also seemed very knowledgeable, for all the scenarios that came up for us she had an answer, was aware of the situation, and knew how to react. It was so difficult dealing with banks, mortgage brokers, sellers, other lawyers, other home buyers, realtors, realtors, realtors! all at the same time, it was a relief to know we had someone on our side that could deal with all of the paperwork. We will be going back for any other service that we can, such as other houses (way down the line) and wills.
