  We employed Vic the Builder to build a deck onto the rear of our home. We found that Victor Ramirez (owner) conferred all the aspects of the initial quote and any changes during the building process, amenably with us. The quality of workmanship was excellent and now our deck looks lovely. He confirmed that all engineering recommendations were tailed to the highest standard. All building materials used were also of high quality just like his skills. He set high standards and expected from his workers to produce quality work. Vic the Builder guaranteed that the site was left as neat as possible at the end of the work day and removed most of the garbage when the job was done.He accomplished the job with very few changes to the initial quote, so we had no budget blowouts that you so often hear about. We are tremendously happy with our deck and the way it was constructed, I wouldendorse Vic the Builder to everyone.

Hartland Constructions were on site everyday till completion and provided Paul and Angela with a structural sound home with a level of finishes the project builder couldn't provide.
