  DO NOT BOOK!!! Incredibly unprofessional, was messaging them all morning on the day of the clean I had booked at 9am and they replied at 2pm that day saying they forgot to message me they couldn’t make it. I now am being charged extra rent until I find a new end of lease cleaner to come and do the job. I am absolutely furious.
