  Simon has been amazing! Thank you so much for your incredible help in pulling our wedding together on such short notice. We’ve received nothing but positive feedback from our family and friends. While hubby and I didn’t get a chance to try all the food ourselves, everyone has commented on how amazing it was. My cousin, who had the gluten-free platter, was particularly impressed with how well it was prepared. We’re so grateful to the caterers for creating such beautiful, delicious platters and ensuring everything, including our wedding cake, was handled perfectly. Everyone who worked alongside you—my Maid of Honour, MC, my mum, my brother, my sister-in-law, my sister, and my sister’s partner—has mentioned how wonderful it was to have you on-site, especially in helping to organise and ensure everything ran smoothly. My maid of Honor specifically wanted to highlight your flexibility, reliability, and accommodating nature, which were key in making everything fall into place in the final stages. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being with us on our special day. It’s been such a pleasure working with you, and we would highly recommend you to anyone we know.   Simon and the team came to rescue when our previous caterer pulled out with less than 14 days' notice until our event. Simon and the team did a magnificent job, the food was amazing and met every dietary requirement even at short notice! The team on the night were friendly organized and professional. We will definitely be using Global food concepts for future events.
