Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We fully insured with a $10 Million Public Liabilty policy with Allianz. All of our work is guarenteed and we will come back everytime if something is not up to the standard you were promised.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Worked as a contractor for a larger company for many years, felt like I was rushing constantly. I started Glistening Window Cleaning to slow down and enjoy my time with my customers.

I love cleaning windows & solar panels it keeps me outdoors and in contact with people. Provides a constant array of challenges for me and also gives me great personal satisfaction when great results are achieved.

I am only in business to keep my self busy not trying to be the biggest company just the best. I love my job and all I want to do is clean windows. I have a current police check and treat your home as if it was my own.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To help with quoting the customer can provided us with a general description. A count of how many bedrooms, and a general count of other rooms in the house. If other things such as a glass pool fence is needed please mention this also.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Currently offering Oneflare customers a $5 discount on a home less then $200, and a $10 discount on home over $200. Although this requires the payment to be settled on the day of job completion.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Not aiming to be a huge company just an owner operator, this fact alone means I do not have to pay someone to help me achieve my work and keeps the prices down. Also I use the latest innovations in window cleaning which keeps labour cost down saving you time and money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I generally charge between 40 -70 an hour depending on how dirty the windows are, and if there are some difficult panels such as high windows or dangerous tasks usually I add a extra 30 on the first hour. Although please note this dangerous charge is only added to the job once.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I am a difficult Window and Solar specialist if you've been told it can't be done by another window cleaner, I'll know a way and have the equipment to get it done.
