  The builder requested a 49% deposit, despite the legal limit being 10%, and he is not licensed with the QBCC. The job was significantly delayed, taking over six months to complete. The workmanship was extremely poor — the panels were misaligned, dented, scratched, had multiple redrilled holes, and many screws were rusty or reused. When I politely asked for corrections, the builder became upset and confrontational. He later entered my property without permission and attempted to remove my fence. Avoid this business due to serious concerns around professionalism, quality, and safety.

  Glen initially did a great job of my fencing when it was a big job. Although he does ask for 30-50% up front. Then I needed him to come back and do some smaller jobs. He quoted me and then asked for a deposit. $700 I gave him, This was in September 2020 - the job is still not done & he continues to make excuses I’ve asked for my money back, we have argued I constantly tried to get him to do the job and he has not given me my money back. My total job has cost 9k. He is also not licenced with QBCC so is not legally allowed to do a job over $3k
