End of lease clean communication was great with Daniel and I was aware that not all stains on carpet could be removed. Daniel had seen where the carpet was rubbed from the rubber on the door and there was a stain there but I left my granny flat and notifed Daniel that cleaning could be done from 2pm onwards on 2/2, I had also said to give me at least an hours notice to walk through the flat after cleaning as I had moved to Gungahlin. I didn't get that notice, so made arrangements to walk through on 4/2 the key was handed back and paid, Daniel's wife did not walk through with me as discussed, I walked in and there was a fresh black grease stain on the carpet which hadn't been there when I had left and I had advised there were issues with the security door shutting and when I entered the flats main door had not been locked up at all this could be locked up with the key that was given or locked when pulling the door shut.Melissa M

My experience with Daniel and Huong has been fantastic from word go! Daniel's communication was fantastic and he completely understood and continues to executed my cleaning to a high standard. Booking the service was quick and fuss free, I initially engaged Daniel for a one off clean however I have engaged them back on a weekly basis (it's so nice coming home to a beautiful clean apartment every Friday night). I have two giant dogs that are double coated and Daniel and Huong are able to remove every piece of fur from the carpet with their equipment - something I have been unable to do, I highly recommend Gift4mum!Shannon
