Yes, we carry $10 million public liability and workers compensation insurance. For vacate cleans, we have 48 hour guarantee that if property manager isn't happy, we will immediately return to fix issues. For all other types of cleaning, if job isn't to agreed standard we will return to fix for free

Having started in a small section of this industry, I saw too often clients needing to book 3 or 4 different contractors to get a job done. This took time co-ordinating various contractors and the stress when one doesn't turn up. One person to coordinate all and accept all responsibility for the job

What requires cleaning (ie carpets, windows, tile & grout), condition of property (if carpets are heavily soiled or numerous stains, we can allocate sufficient time), when you require it completed (more then 48 hours notice for bookings or changes makes it easier)

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

For a vacate clean 1) if house is to empty, ensure furniture is removed prior 2) remove rubbish from premises (there will charges if we need to take rubbish to tip) 3) if a phone quote, be honest with what size and condition.

We keep our prices as low as possible so every customer effectively has our special offer pricing. We can offer $20 discount off next service when you recommend us to family and friends who then use our service.

We ensure we keep all our overheads as low as possible. We receive a lot of work via word of mouth recommendations which keep advertising costs low. These savings we can pass on two clients. In saying that we pay our staff correctly and are fully insured so these items do increase our cost.

We offer a variety of pricing options depending upon the situation. We can do hourly rates, rates per item (ie carpet cleaning), or package price. We can come and view a job prior to give a fixed price quote.

The 2 aspects would be vacate cleans to ensure bond return and office cleaning. With both of these areas good communication and high standards of cleaning keep all parties happy.

Prior to entering the cleaning industry, I have had businesses where customer service has been extremely important. I have also had management positions in corporate companies and have the experience to manage a team of staff to deliver the required results.
