We guarantee our work.  If you aren't happy with anything, please let us know.  Gavin will ask you to inspect the vehicle before we leave the premises, to make sure you are happy with the job we've performed.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Accepted Answer

Gavin was sick of taking his car to an automated car wash and having it come out dirty.  He decided the only way to get it cleaned to his standard was to do the job himself.  Gavin enjoys washing cars and would love the opportunity to clean yours as well.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Accepted Answer

One of our first time clients was a real saint.  It was about 40 degrees in the shade and we were washing his two cars.  He came out and gave us a cool drink of water - what a legend!  Afterwards, we sat around chatting for a while and we met his pet pig and raft of other farm animals - it was a great day.  We love meeting new people all the time and hearing their stories.  :-)

What do you like most about your job?

We love meeting new people and taking care of their vehicles, so they are free to get onto more important things.  We understand how busy life gets and are pleased to be able to provide this freedom to our customers.

Do you stand behind the service you provide? Will you resolve any aspect of your service if I'm not completely satisfied?

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Potential customers ask if we clean the engine bay.  We do not.  We won't lift the bonnet.  The engine will remain dry when we clean a vehicle.  We don't perform an engine de-grease, that job is for a mechanic.

Gavin has a passion for cleaning cars and will treat your vehicle like it was his own.  Gavin is very punctual and will turn up on or before time to get acquainted with you and where he can plug-in for water and power.  Gavin will make sure you are happy with your vehicle's appearance before leaving your premises.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We have an ABN and can invoice you for work performed.  We work 7 days a week at various hours, you can contact us at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We turn up when we say we will turn up.  We have happy customers who keep coming back and referring us to their friends.  We provide gift certificates upon request.  Happy to hear any suggestions or feedback for improvement.  We not only provide a cleaning service to private clients, but also to corporate clients.  Above all, we are convenient, flexible and affordable; servicing Ipswich and surrounding areas.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before we can give you an accurate quote, we require just a couple of details: Your location, car type, any special requirements; and of course, your contact details.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

To make our job a little easier, if you can clean your car out of valuables (ie, jewellery, spare change, etc) and take items out of the boot, that would be great.  We can provide a better clean if we have a relatively empty car.  Car seats can remain strapped in, we can clean around these.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

All customers receive a VIP Card at their first cleaning service.  After 5 washes, the 6th appointment will include a free interior clean.  We also offer gift certificates and have a referral service.  If you refer a friend, we will give you a $20 discount voucher, once your friend completes a clean with us.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We believe we have a fairly competitive price options available.  We do come to your home or workplace, and use your water and power, however this is factored into the price.  We are water conscience and won't leave the tap running!

How do you normally charge for your service?

We always provide invoices and can make them out to whomever you prefer.  We accept cash and electronic transfer of funds.  We unfortunately do not have EFTPOS.  All of our customers, whether private or corporate, will receive a VIP card.  After 5 car washes, you receive a free interior detail on your 6th car wash appointment!

Good old fashioned customer service. We pride ourselves on a job well done. So if you are happy, so are we! Before leaving a job, we show you the results and make sure you are satisfied 100%.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Gavin has always loved cleaning cars.  He is meticulous, fastidious and thorough when it comes to cleaning a vehicle.  Gavin will treat your vehicle like his own and will usually take about an hour to perform a basic level interior and exterior clean.  He takes a bit longer on larger vehicles and depending on the package you choose.
