  DO NOT SPEND A CENT WITH THIS COMPANY! They muck around the times of the “clean”, charge up front then add hidden fees mid “clean” that they don’t stop calling you to pay upfront, eave the property beyond unfinished (I had to clean my house the next day myself to ensure I get my bond back) and then don’t answer the phone when you express dissatisfaction. I have lodged a complaint with The office of fair trading Queensland as well as the ACCC to investigate them and HOPEFULLY save others from wasting their time and money on this bogus operation. You and your mates are horrible humans, you’ll get yours.

  Hi Tracey, I checked all of our recent bookings with the name of Tracey R, and you even didn't book a job with us, and more of that, you are passing same review on different companies by just adding there name so Now we are going to take a legal action against you for passing a fake review on behalf of your own agenda.   Very poor service. They muck you around with changing booking times, ask for upfront payment, then charge more due to their lack of scoping the job, cancel mid service and then never deliver on what you pay for. I have chased them for the past month for a refund and they will not return calls. Do not use this company period. Such a poor level of customer service and cleaning ability.
