They promptly arrived, quoted and replaced the faulty motor, control box etc. with quality products including warranty . So all fixed within a couple of hours of reporting the problem !   Kept me updated on how far they are from my residence on appointment day. Very importantly, they kept to their appointment time and date. Friendly tips offered to me during the visit regarding door maintenance. Explained to me why the problem had eventuated and didn't try to pressure me into more sales or things that I didn't need. Had mentioned a fixed call out fee in the initial quote and they kept to it. Will definitely be mentioning GD4U to any friend or family who has garage door issues.
