I placed an order for our theatre company. A day or two later I was advised that we needed another T-shirt. I contacted the company via email and they were able to add the extra T-Shirt with no issue. I then had a follow up call from Alvin to discuss the extra payment and he provided the new invoice to me ASAP. Once I paid, they then immediately completed the order. I was extremely grateful they were so accomodating and completed the order so very quickly. Thank you for your brilliant service.Andrea M

Update: Still No Resolution In response to Garment Printing's comment, I want to clarify that I have already contacted them directly numerous times over the past several months and have yet to receive any follow-up, call back, or proactive solution from their team. If they were truly serious about resolving this issue, they would have refunded the payment directly to the original payment method by now and contacted me personally with an apology. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, and I am still waiting for the refund that they promised. The lack of action and accountability is extremely frustrating, and it's clear they are not prioritising resolving this complaint. Still waiting for the refund, Garment Printing. Original Review: Absolutely Unacceptable Experience - Where is Our Refund Garment Printing? We placed two separate orders with Garment Printing, one in December 2023 and another in April 2024, totalling $470. In addition, we sent them two BYO Country Road polo shirts for embroidery, which they lost. To this day, we have not received any products or a refund from the company. Throughout this period, up until July 2024 we were in constant contact with Garment Printing, who repeatedly assured us that our items would be shipped. They informed us that they were holding our first order to ship with the second order to reduce shipping costs. Trusting their word, we allowed them extra time to fulfill the orders. Later, we were told the items had been shipped, but when we asked for tracking information, we were told they delete all their records every three months and couldn’t provide any proof that the items had been produced or shipped. We were given the runaround, with different excuses each time. After escalating the issue to NSW Fair Trading, Garment Printing agreed to refund us and contact us by 25 July 2024. Despite this commitment, they have not reached out or processed the refund. While our bank, CBA, was able to reverse the April transaction, the December payment could not be recovered due to the time that has passed. We have made every effort to resolve this with Garment Printing, but they continue to withhold our money and fail to deliver the products we paid for. It’s outrageous that a business can operate this way, treating customers so poorly and essentially stealing their money. $370 remains outstanding - where is our refund Garment Printing? repliedGarment Printing20 Oct 2025
