  I had Jon helping me with me and my partner’s 820 partner visa very last minute when there’s only 20 days left to answer S56 and schedule 3 request. I didn’t have any evidence prepared for this. He was very professional since our first consultation and gave us clear directions on what evidence needs to be collected to maximise our chance of getting the schedule 3 waiver. Due to the lack of time left to answer the request, he has to work extra hours on my case and was even answering my messages outside of normal working hours. Finally we received the visa grant letter today and successfully waived the schedule 3! I truly believe we wouldn’t have got this without Jon being our agent. Definitely recommend his service!
