How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Keeping your invoice to the minimum is great for all of us if you follow these simple steps:  1. Clear Brief - A detailed brief can save confusion and time on any job. Communication is key!  2. Reference - Any reference material the client can find online or elsewhere is very handy. A picture says a thousand words!  3. Communicate - Not sure if you should say anything about a proof or comment made by us? Just say it, don't be worried about feelings when you're a paying customer. We've been in the industry for a very long time and had our feelings crushed enough times that we can take anything you throw at us! Don't be shy ;)

Layout and Design is FREE on all stationery items throughout 2019! This includes Business Cards, Letterheads, With Comp Slips and Corporate Folders.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Funk and Tall's hourly rate is at the low end of the scale for the industry, especially for the quality of work that we produce for our clients. So if you want that studio quality at a fraction of the cost? We do just that! How can we do this? We have low overheads and have set up automation that cuts down on admin time so that we can focus purely on creative and justify charging a lower rate on services rendered.

How do you normally charge for your service?

All work is invoiced at the end of the project, if the project is ongoing or a lengthy one we will most likely ask for part payment at the beginning of the job.  Services are charged at an hourly rate.  Products are a flat fee.  Any other concerns in regards to payments? Get in touch.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in Websites and Company Branding through to Illustration and all things graphic design. We also supply printing services for paper, textile and promotional printing.
