Working in the industry previously I was able to make my dream of starting my own catering business come true. I have now proudly been doing it for over 20 years and love it as much as the day that I started.

We love each and every job we do; from the fancy dress functions with men dressing up as fairies, catering at charity events to catering for a wedding! We enjoy each job we do and because we are so proud of our company and who we are we make sure your catering experience is the best.

WHERE DO WE COOK AND PREPARE THE MENU? We have a commercial kitchen in the North West suburbs of Melbourne. Our premises is a commercial kitchen registered under Health Department guidelines. We have all necessary Food Safety certification and oversight by Environmental Health Services. Or kitchen is purpose built designed to provide catering to our specifications. This means you will always get the very best food we can possibly offer.  WHAT AREAS DO YOU CATER TO? We cater to all areas of Melbourne, including the CBD and outer suburban areas. This includes areas such as Geelong and regional Victoria. Some of our larger events have taken us half way across the state’s borders. So you would be hard pressed to find a suburb we won’t cater to.  HOW MUCH FOOD DO YOU PROVIDE? With 25 years of experience in the industry we have become experts at calculating food quantities for all of our menu items. We work out the optimum amount of variety to provide you and your guests with the best possible service. Our menus have been carefully designed so that there is plenty of choice and an abundance of food for you and your guests, whilst at the same time minimising wastage and saving you money. In a normal mixed crowd of people we provide ample food to cover the first round of service as well as enough to allow guests with larger appetites to return for seconds and thirds. In most cases there is even enough to allow for left overs.   CAN YOU CATER AT ANY VENUE? EVEN A PARK? Yes we can. We have catered at just about every type of venue imaginable. Our catering service is acceptable by all local councils that we have come across. So we can cater in any hired hall or park/garden. We will have a substantial amount of food an equipment so our only requirement for venues is that we have access to the venue at the time we advise and have vehicle access to the site. You will need to arrange our access to the venue to ensure that our service runs on schedule. IS OUR FOOD FRESH? We take great pride in making and providing our own healthy and fresh food directly to our customers. The vast majority of our menu is prepared by us fresh to order on the day of the event. The only items not cooked in our kitchen are specialty items that we find are bettered prepared by specialist. These are sourced from suppliers with a similar outlook to ours so freshness always comes first. DO YOU COOK ON SITE? Apart from our finger food options which are best heated on-site immediately before service we do not cook on site. Our spit roasts are cooked at our commercial kitchen which guarantees the best quality roast. Spit roast cooking is a time method with most roast taking up to six hours to slowly cook. The rest of our menu is prepared in our department licensed kitchen where we are able to guarantee food safety, hygiene and quality. These are things we would not be able to offer cooking on-site. An essential part of the cooking process with spit roasts is the resting time, our cooking process incorporates the travel time as a resting so our roasts are the best that they can possibly be. DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY FEES? No. All of our pricing per head covers all delivery and service to all suburbs. DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN AND GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS? Yes. We cater for all and are happy to discuss any special requirements or food intolerances with our customers. DO YOU LEAVE LEFT OVER FOOD? Yes. At most of our functions left overs can be left for the guests to continue to enjoy.

If you need a quote, the details we ask for are Name, Address of function, contact number of person to contact on the day of function, email address, what time you would like the function to be served, the package or packages you would like to be quoted on, how many people would be attending the function and date of your function.

Lamb   Cook and take/drop off: Our cook and take/drop off option is for a minimum of 40 people. 40 plus people: $18.15 per person  Desserts: Under 60 people: $5.50 per person 60 plus people: $4.95 per person (Gst is included in pricing)
