  I used floorvenue for a new laminate floor in the lead up to Christmas and had a positive experience. They did a free inspection and kept in touch afterwards. Even though they were busy in the holiday season, they went out of the way to send a two installers to my home to complete the installation before Christmas. The floor looks good and no complaints so far
