  I engaged Faraj Lawyers after being assured by Ahmed that he would personally handle my case. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My matter was handed off to junior lawyers, and from my experience, the work was often done at the last minute. Important details were missed, key points were not raised, and there was no sense of proper oversight or continuity. Overall, I felt the handling of my case was disorganised and below the standard I expected. In my personal experience, the service came across as highly unprofessional and left me feeling unsupported during a stressful time.
