  Very unprofessional: they wanted to prepond the date as per their choice, constantly texting with wrong date, then with change of date and timing, if took 12 hours for them to move content from granny flat to a one bedroom flat, few stuff damaged, furniture fixed improperly, booked for 3 hours and ended up with 12 hour job, total rip off, didn’t know what they were doing

We were unaware of these concerns, which is why this review surprised us. We understand that the move took longer than anticipated. This was primarily due to the presence of several new, packaged items that required unboxing and assembly. Please note that the extent of these items was not fully communicated during the initial booking, which impacted the overall timeline. Our team made every effort to handle your belongings with care and complete the move as efficiently as possible. If any items were damaged during the move, we would have immediately addressed the issue upon notification. We regret that this was not reported to us promptly. Regarding the change in dates and times, we believe there may be a misunderstanding. We were flexible in accommodating your preferred schedule and did not impose any changes.   I’m very disappointed with this company. I bookded their service at least 3 week prior and paid 2 hours fee as a deposit. The customer service asked me to provide some details of the items to be removed and they did not show up on time. I’ve been wait for them for more than 2 hours and they did not even take my calls or reply my message. 3 hours later the customer service returned my message and said their workers did not wake up on time that day. I think this company is so unprofessional. they did refund my money, however my plan for that day was totally disrupted. Please seriously consider to use this company if you don’t have time to waste.
