    The booking process went smoothly, including the taking of my deposit (of course), and they said they would be there between 11-12 on Friday 15 July. They also said they would send a confirmation message 1-2 days prior. I didn't receive any confirmation. On the 15th at 6.50am I sent a message asking where the confirmation was. At 9am he said he would call the "office" to confirm. I didn't hear anything further until 10:45 where he told me the ETA was between 12.15 and 12.45. At the very least their communication is shot and extremely unprofessional. You need to update your customers if things change. We then get a call around 12.25 saying they are 20 minutes away. By about 1pm we start calling again. I had called several times that morning to no answer. I had also asked for the dispatch managers number and the drivers number, which was not responded to. I'm assuming it's because they don't exist. I got four other people to call his number in case he'd blocked me. He didn't pick up a single call. If you're not working that day, you need to provide another number. It wasn't until I left a message here around 2.30 asking where the hell the drivers were that he answered. He had the audacity to say the drivers had been trying to contact us, which was completely untrue. Our phones were on us all day, on loud. He said "contact was attempted at 12.45 and 1.30." Despite this being not true, the real problem is the drivers not showing up. It took us four whole days to move everything. This is a disgusting way to treat people that are in need. I noticed that he comes up with every excuse under the sun when there is a negative review. So I just want to make it extremely clear, we gave the right address, we were there all day, we didn't leave once, we called multiple times, had our phones on loud. If I could post the text messages I would. I'm excited to find out the excuse they'll give this time. If there was there an accident, you call your customers. I'm absolutely appalled that you would be willing to put people in this position for $100. Further, I gave him my bank details for a refund and haven't received a response since.

    Our team was at the pick up Our GPS tracker , as we discussed shows this . Our team waited and tried contacting you for over an hour to no avail . The job had been confirmed the day before . Policy with deposit clearly states that it is non refundable if customer changes or cancels within 48 hours of move date . Our team lost half a days work and we could not fill that space last minute to cover our list earnings . This is the main reason deposits exist in general .
