  Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered which was premium lights and a photo booth that worked. The premium lights ended up as one single light and the photo booth which was not actually an enclosed booth didn’t work. We paid $750 for a 5 hour DJ with premium lighting, a photo booth and a signing book, but received a $300 refund due to not having any of the above part from the DJ. The proof is in the pudding and the customers (us) voted with our feet and finished an hour early due to it being a flop. The DJ had no microphone and just sat there changing the songs, apart from the 2 hours he tried to fix the photo booth, then he just put the music on a loop. The story of why what we ordered not being received were slightly different, with the owner saying he had an accident and was in hospital, and the DJs saying they didn’t pick the equipment up due to they would be late. I contacted the owner and explained my sincere disappointed and said I didn’t believe the $300 refund given on the evening was fair or reasonable, given him the opportunity to correct the wrong and avoid this poor feedback. He threatened me with legal action for wanting more of a refund for him not supplying what was promised and was in the agreement. I have photo and telephone evidence of all above and happy to share with his legal team! Anyway the event is over and in my personal opinion $450 for a poor service is not value for money, especially when quoted $300 for photo booth, $150 for premium lighting and $100 guest book all not received but only offered a $300 refund, but feel free to judge for yourselves.

  Customer was contacted the night of the party Mark agreeded to the refund 3 days later contacted us again asking for more money,customer tried not to pay a deposit sending to another account saying it was our fault,customer was issues with a refund and told us to pack up early customer package was reduced to start with after original quote was given,
