I have had an incredible journey losing over 60kgs during this time I found that I enjoyed training so much that I became a Personal Trainer I will tailor your program to your goals and abilities to ensure that you get results in a way that is sustainable and will last long term Training can be outdoor at a local park, your house or at my place. I only take on a limited amount of clients to ensure the quality of service and results are maintained, I also have access to a wide network of allied health professionals to help you on your way.
